Can I switch between plans?
Yes, of course. No fuss, no stress. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever your situation requires it. We adjust the billing accordingly. Contract can be terminated monthly.
Are the prices fixed or can additional costs arise?
We're transparent. The monthly fee is fixed. Only if you book special services – such as external trainers or specialized software – do these incur additional costs. We always discuss this beforehand.
How long does a typical collaboration last?
It depends. Small transformations: 3-6 months. Larger projects: 12-24 months. And some customers stay with us longer because they appreciate regular support. No obligation, but also no minimum term.
Are there discounts for longer-term contracts?
Yes. From 6 months we give a 5% discount. From 12 months 10%. For enterprise packages we negotiate individually. Give us a call – phone beats email.
